Nearly everything you see on Komikus — comics, titles, synopses, cover art, avatars, bios, and comments made through our reporting and community features — is created and uploaded by independent, third-party creators, not by Komikus itself. Views, opinions, and creative choices expressed in that content belong to the creator who made it, not to Komikus.
We do not pre-screen every page of every comic before it's published. Newly uploaded chapters go through a review step before they're visible to the public (see Section 3), but this is a moderation check against our content guidelines, not a guarantee of quality, accuracy, or originality.
Komikus is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We don't guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure, or that any comic, profile, or claim made by a creator is accurate, complete, or non-infringing. Publishing a comic on Komikus is not an endorsement of that comic or its creator by Komikus.
Creators self-declare a maturity rating (All Ages, 16+, or Adult) for their work, and our moderators review it before the chapter goes public. This process is a best-effort content check, not a substitute for your own judgment or, for a minor, a parent or guardian's supervision. If you believe a comic is mismarked or inappropriate, please use the Report button on its page.
Creators are solely responsible for making sure they have the rights to everything they upload. Komikus respects intellectual property rights and expects creators to do the same.
If you believe a comic, image, or other piece of content on Komikus infringes your copyright or other intellectual property rights, please report it: use the Report button on the comic's page and choose "Copyright or intellectual property violation," or email us at support@komikus.fun with (a) a description of the copyrighted work, (b) a link to the material you believe infringes it, and (c) your contact information. We will review reports and may remove content or take other action we consider appropriate, including suspending or terminating a repeat infringer's account.

The Komikus Android app displays ads served through Google Mobile Ads (AdMob). We don't control the content of individual ads and aren't responsible for the products, services, or claims made in them.
Creator profiles may include links to external sites — support/donation links (Patreon, Ko-fi, PayPal), social media, or a personal website. These are provided by the creator, not vetted by Komikus, and lead to sites outside our control. We aren't responsible for the content, policies, or practices of any third-party site you visit from Komikus.
You must meet the minimum age required by your country's laws (and, at minimum, be old enough to lawfully consent to Google's own terms for Firebase/Google Play sign-in) to create a Komikus account. Some content on the platform is restricted to readers 18 or older — see Section 3.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Komikus and its operator are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform, or from any user-generated content, third-party link, or advertisement encountered on it.
